All Goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 7 working days of the order being placed. The standard delivery period will be extended when orders are received on or over Public Bank Holiday Periods.

 All standard product delivery/lead times are specified on each product page of the company Website. Non-Stock products, Special orders, Bespoke orders and Large Volume orders may take longer, and the Buyer will be advised of any extended delivery dates on receipt of their order

The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery, if a delivery is missed and re-delivery charges apply it is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay these additional charges prior to the goods being re-delivered. To avoid this please advise us at the time of placing your order of any specific delivery date required or to contact you prior to sending your order otherwise we will dispatch your order from stock or as soon as we have the product in stock.

Delivery dates given are approximate and will be confirmed by email once Goods are in stock and have been dispatched.  It is therefore strongly advised that installation arrangements should not be made until all goods have been delivered and checked.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery on your order. It is important that this address is accurate.

Delivery of all goods will be delivered by a one man delivery service, so please ensure that assistance is available at the delivery address if required.

For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to the ground floor front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, inaccessible driveway or access gate, or any other obstruction including access steps or stairs serving a house or flats,  delivery will be made as near to your property as possible. For palletised deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property.

All pallets will be delivered to a location as stated above, and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside your property. For any palletised deliveries you will be contacted by one of our customer service advisors that will discuss the delivery in full detail so you can be fully prepared in advance.  

The Buyer shall open and inspect the Goods immediately upon delivery/receipt and if this is not possible then the Buyer should ensure that the Goods delivery receipt is signed and clearly noted as “UNCHECKED” and thereafter the Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing (Email, Fax,) within 24 hours of delivery of any shortfalls or if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any part of the Contract. No claims will be accepted after this period.

Claims for damages will not be accepted for goods after they have been fitted; all goods must be inspected in the period stated above and prior to installation.

You are advised not to book an Installer or Contractor until the Goods have arrived and have been checked. Luxury Bathroom Solutions Ltd or its Agents are not Liable for any Installer or Contractor Costs, Consequential Loss or Compensation in any way.

Risk in the Goods shall immediately pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

Delivery Service & Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders which exceed £500.00  (Monday – Friday) excluding Public Holidays between the hours of 8-30am and 5-30pm to: Main Land England and Wales only. All areas of Scotland will incur additional delivery charges.

All orders under £500.00 value will incur a delivery surcharge which will be notified and applied to your order at the point of Check-Out

We use Professional, Experienced, Dedicated carriers with tracking capabilities, and the Royal Mail Parcel Service. Goods when dispatched are sent on a 3 day service (although some areas may take longer). Some items will require a signature on delivery.

If you require a Saturday morning delivery, or special delivery time, or a delivery outside of normal delivery hours please contact our Sales Team and they will endeavour to meet your specific delivery requirements and then will provide the additional surcharge delivery price.

Whilst processing an order we reserve the right to make an extra charge, for delivery of special orders to include heavy/fragile or multiple palliated goods, subject to agreement with the customer. We will not proceed with these orders without prior consent from the customer to proceed.
