Cancellation

The Company cannot accept cancellation of any Non-Stock, Special or Bespoke Orders or any orders for products delivered outside the UK, such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable 5.1

The Buyer can cancel an order before the Goods have been despatched by notifying the Seller in writing (Email, Fax, and Letter) giving reasons for the cancellation 5.1, 5.2, 5.8 (An administration charge will be applied)

The Buyer can cancel an order when the Goods have been despatched by notifying the Seller in writing (Email, Fax, and Letter) giving reasons for the cancellation and returning the Goods to the Seller. The Goods will be subject to the relevant re-stocking charge, together with an administration charge, both charges will be paid by the buyer. The buyer will also pay all costs relating to the delivery and return of the goods. 5.1, 5.3, 5.8
